'Grey's Anatomy' Season 13 Winter Premiere Delayed for Donald Trump TV Special

Grey's Anatomy fans, you'll need to hold up!

The Season 13 winter debut of the long-running show has been rescheduled from Thursday, Jan. 19 until Thursday, Jan. 26 due to a pre-initiation 20/20 exceptional about President-elect Donald Trump airing on ABC.

Grey's isn't the main show influenced by the hour-long unique about the future POTUS. The arrangement's TGIT buddies, How to Get Away With Murder and Scandal, will likewise be knock until the next week with an end goal to air new scenes of every one of the three of Shonda Rhimes' profoundly foreseen appears on that night.

America's First Family: The Trumps Go to Washington will hit the little screen at 10 p.m. on Thursday, Jan. 19, taking after reruns of Gray's Anatomy and Scandal at 8 p.m. what's more, 9 p.m., individually.

In a previous interview, Ellen revealed her age is what has kept her starring on the hit series since 2005. “My decision to stay on Grey’s was based solely on age,” the 47-year-old actress said. “At 33, I was wise enough to know my clock was already ticking in Hollywood.”

"[If I'd started earlier], I probably would have done my time, then gone out to search for other things. [But I] was definitely aware of how challenging it would be to find other roles in my late 30s and early 40s," Ellen continued.

The star of the popular show recently welcomed her third child, a baby son named Eli, with her husband, Chris Ivery, her rep confirmed on Dec. 29.
